Assessing the productivity of software engineering teams

At Shrine, we’re researching how companies manage and evaluate the productivity and performance of their software engineering teams.

This is a topic with many viewpoints, and we are seeking to understand the various methods used today.

Additionally, we want to explore whether emerging technologies can enhance the accuracy of these assessments.

If you’re a Product and/or Engineering leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams, we encourage you to apply.
